It was made by kenwood

Basically instead of a single laser reading from a single point

And spinning the disk at faster and faster speeds

The kenwood had 7 mirrors

Allowing for much faster read speeds

So what if gcs tied in the Chernobyl’s incident with the Kyshtym disaster? Like a bridge opens between them and we get a new zone and new MCs

Both in Ukraine and Russia so wouldn’t be to big of a crossover

Chernobyl was a level 7 and Kyshtym was a level 6 and had nuclear emissions like Chernobyl I mean if they wanna just keep the stalkers alive they could possible introduce a gate like strelock uses to move around but it naturally occurred and people crossed over, new factions and new artifacts etc

I'm all for expanding the stalker universe and I like the notion of tethering it to other similar events in history, but I do think this collab unlikely both for story reasons being able to thread Kyshtym into the already pretty-established lore surrounding the Zone & also for political reasons bc Kyshtym is Russian not Ukranian probably that alone means it wouldn't happen
