if they presented them in a linear, clear fashion without all the deliberate obscuring, I may enjoy it. Like, for example forsaken had a strong start, you knew what was happening, why you were there, and what you had to do

Hardest part is figuring out the new way to build gear stats.

Kind of. If you ignore all the side objectives and the 1000 missions it gives you from the get go it makes sense. For example beyond light starts you with an intro mission. You talk to the person on the planet he gives you a mission. Sometimes you have to kill stuff to progress that mission or it’s like a mini strike. Like the way shit is in d1
