It seems like the spawning system was bugged for my last playthrough(maybe because the patch came out while I was playing?), for example, I swear I dont see warden spawn in anything but their regular armor, meaning I can just 1 shot headshot them with the late game guns, the only place I can see them wearing exo is at Malachite STC and that area was also bugged for me.
The last section of the game is where the problem stick out the most : at one point of the fight, save for a few specific ones, monolith soldiers spawned in their most basic armor and no weapons in hand.

You can make a Manual Save before you get to the mandatory end of game, see the ending of the game and then return to before that point, to use all your gear.

Yeah, the only modded quests that I like are that of Anomaly and GAMMA. I never really liked the modded quests of Bethesda games. Either lacking dialogue, feeling, or something else. They left a hallow feeling and ultimately gave me the ick. Though, no hate for others who like modded quests.

There is an anti gravity anomaly (forgot the name) right below the crane. Once you grab the bolt you try your best to land on that thing while you're moving along the tornado.

Well, you gotta follow the tornado up the crane to get the bolt. Unless if that's what you meant.

I personally would save when at the crane because you might not land on that anomaly on first jump attempt.

The key is simply knowing your safe zone within the heart of the tornado. The pacing comes next as sometimes ppl fail to calculate the movement, so they end up exceeding the safe area or having the outer wall catch up to them. The moment you reach the crane, a couple of jumps, a steady sprint, then crouch could do the trick. At that point, one must face the opposite side of the crane while crouching, leaning a bit to the right side. The rest will be reflexes lmao. Cuz the opening comes real quick and you need to start pressing F the moment you see it coming while tracking it

Yea, I finally got it, anomaly was easier than expected, but it's getting to the crane itself...kept falling off all the high containers and train cars and dying constantly.
