and the thing is, the drivers will only get better and your card will improve a bit over time as Intel optimise the drivers for more games

The problem is the drivers haven't gotten better...they've gotten worse. I've had memory leaks, PC BSoDs and games not working properly, with significant lag and stuttering.

Intel literally hasn't fixed shit with the drivers and keep ruining them in some new way every time. And my DWM memory still leaks from time to time...like...that's not even funny. DWM isn't even some random component but what the entire desktop and games run on...

"For human NPC's the ArmorDifferenceCoefProjectiles seems to be 2.
Their armour value per NPC depends on what armour they have on them, each armour have different values for NPC's.

The testing I have done seems to align with how its calculated, penetration seems extremely overpowered in STALKER 2, in fact as you can see handguns that have less penetration but MORE damage, deals way less damage than handguns with more penetration and less damage.

So its as you say, AP ammo is broken, specially the fact 9x18 AP gets 130% bonus ontop of the weapons pen, so something like Rat Killer can get 72,8 pen with 9x18 AP which is hilarious.

Bloodsucker / ( BaseDamage x ArmorDifferenceCoefProjectiles ^ ( ArmorPiercing - Strike ) ) = How many shots to kill bloodsucker.

To find out the AP values correctly we do this to return them to the game engine value:
( ( ( AP 130% / 100% ) x gun pen 56 ) + gun pen 56 ) = 128,8 / 20 = 6,44 ArmorPierce (engine value)

For true damage -2% for AP and +19% for HP
( ( ( HP 19% / 100% ) x dmg 20 +) 20 dmg ) = 23,8 damage with Hollow Point

Ratt Killer - 9x18 AP (needs 20 shots to kill bloodsucker otherwise)
500HP / ( 19,6 x 1,3 ^ ( 6,44 - 2 )) = 62,83 dmg per shot = 7,96 = 8 shots to kill

Unique weapon Beast - 5.45x39 HP (Needs 20 shots to kill bloodsucker with regular ammo)
500HP / ( 23,8 x 1,3 ^ ( 0,84 - 2 )) = 17,55 dmg per shot = 28,5 = 29 shots to kill

So we see two weapons with same damage, same penetration statistics, one firing AP and the other firing HP showing as you said, how terrible HP is in fact when I did this calculation I was kinda shocked how broken AP is in general. Beast with AP 5.45 needs 19 shots to kill Bloodsucker, so 50% is not a huge benefit but something breaks with AP 9x18 unless there is an engine limit to how high pen can be so it wont do boost damage."

The problem I see with it is, it is so easy to get artifacts, I have nearly 80/90 of the things... Yet no one else in the zone has them.

Either they are common as muck and and much higher % of NPC's should have them. Especially commons.

I run optimized settings with frame Gen dlss Q and get 100-130 fps. Haven’t made it to Rostok yet though
