i also turned on resizeable rebar in bios as i did that

ive dropped about 20fps but it feels so much better too, i dont know what to think lol

so ill download the ultra plus FSR FG addon and that'll fix it, hype

and that gained me a good 30 fps lol

Pretty sure you're still limited by how much you can carry.

There's nothing unfair about that...

Saving during combat = respecting the player's time, so they can save when they want and cater to their own life rather than waste time doing a fight over and over again, whether because they have trouble with skills or the game crashed or they had an emergency or whatever.

Being able to save in the middle of combat is practical. Having to fight 20 enemies over and over and over because you were close to death and had trouble dealing with the final enemy is stupid as shit because it wastes time that you could spend into progressing further into the game rather than be stuck where you are because someone else decided what was good for you.

But anyways, I'll just try to find a modification for S2/Unreal.

But I can only find console commands for item and quest IDs...not for general engine stuff.

UETools console commands have an XTriggerAutoSave...that might be useful to force the game to stop being crippled over saving and start behaving normally. Pretty sure it's an internal one rather than something UETools might add, but still.
