You also need to know where to sell stuff. You won't sell a gun to a bartender or armour vendor, because the weapon vendor will give you a better price.

Same goes for armour, for example you can sell it to Birch in Rostok. And all the extra food you got can be sold to general vendors like bartenders

i really can't tell if range and drop off works like i would think it does like i was shooting at some fleshes from a train track bridge in Zaton yesterday and despite the game having a draw distance of 100m or what it is, my guns felt very notably weaker than when i got closer. but like if the pistols are supposed to have 110 or whatever range for their drop off points then my other guns should have more ( a Fora and Spas with slugs ) yet it didn't feel like it. range just feels confusing in this game.
