OLR3.0OBT is a new version released very recently, its notorious for having a freeform AI that sucks to play bc they do so much and so buggy (even needing to hunt down NPCs who stole story important documents)
nobody likes OLR3.0, ppl have been fixing that AI by reigning it in

Regular pseudodogs need to return as well, and psy-dogs should be squishier; in the original trilogy they had the same amount of health as a regular pseudodog, and if you could identify the real one quick enough they weren't hard to kill. They also didn't teleport between their clones, which is absolute BS.

Snorks weirdly felt pretty well balanced, pretty close to the level of difficulty/danger as they posed in the OG games. But I didn't see them a whole ton

I've noticed sometimes bloodsuckers will spawn in pairs of two at random and other times it seems like they spawn in on purpose after a mission is over so its not as easy as just walking out of the area

Is it coded into the game that they spawn in some missions or just a random horde spawn?

Also does anybody know what specific place was being referenced on wolf's old PDA at rookie village talking about embryos taken out of some catacombs?

The further you go to into the story, the more exoskeleton users will spawn. At least thats how its supposed to.

Its a known balancing issue if thats what you're wondering.
