SPAS is not a bad shotgun, its very close to saiga in damage. Its just it takes too long to reload it in the middle of a fight is why people stop using it after mid game

So if you dont inteact with icarus at all they just zombify themselves after sircaa. I only ever went there on a stash run way later after duga and i assumed it was duga that caused the zombification

so today i tried stalker 2 on xbox and it was good but, the commands are so CHUNKY, like i feel like when i move the character moves after 3 years, same thing with visual, and its so hard to shoot weapons since they slow down your aiming speed when shooting

Bro, how is this A-life way worse then it was at launch day!? I am in Down Below past the Cafe, and enemies consistently spawn in front of me after I kill the previous enemy on the same spot! I can kill 5 point blank staionary, move a few feet and 3 will spawn on that same spot. Not to mention it also happens when they are sniped 10 meters away. Sometimes with distance kills, they may spawn right behind me.

Right - Anyone know how to fix the bug where the mission givers like Barkeep and Harpy don't clear the blue markers preventing you from getting new quests? Yes, I have used google and used UEtools to end the mission. The problem is, although you do this, it still doesn't allow you to start getting new missions, it just simply ends the mission, that is it.

Does anyone know hot to get these characters working again as I can't take anymore missions out of Rostok and Yaniv.

I play in Ukrainain with English subtitles, because it is more fitting and atmospheric... Blus English voice acting is garbage... hated it.

And no you don't have to play the other games, but it gives you a good unstanding of background to the characters.

The rest... Well... I played the first resident evil, on PS1, completed it, then sold the PS1 after owning it for like a month, cos I hated it. It was a good game, didn't find anything exceptional about it, though.

System Shock remake was good, but even then they ruined it alot by moving to UE from Unity, which had a really nice retro look about it... And ended up with UE shiny plastic look to everything. UE is probably the worst engine ever created... Yaniv has zero defenders as none of them spawned at all, so when Monolith attacked I defended that the entire place by myself and the entire area is desolate... Same with Zalyssia...

It's infuriating and they better fecking fix it, but I don't want them to rush it though and feck it up even more...

According to the table, its one of the most durable weapon. The table is old, found by @ebon blade somewhere in a stalker facebook group so I'm not even sure how accurate this is.

Personally I always look for weapons that has high durability. Performance comes second.

I don't think console will die outright in the near future, but they do need to innovate to keep relevant in the future, there's certainly a market there. Biggest threat to consoles would be prebuilt steamOS machines that make PC gaming as accessible as the consoles made their game lineups

Maybe, on-the-go / portable gaming is clearly on the rise, especially since devices have enough power to push out very good graphical fidelity with reasonable fps, unlike the PSP days.

Hard to tell if there's enough demand for dedicated consoles in the future, or will they morph into more general entertainment centers for the living room.. tho smart tv:s kinda took that market already

Technically, all games (except maybe CoP) have bullet sponges, so it's a massive pain. S2 is the most egregious in that aspect, since in CS, at least head-shots work...S2, enemies will take 9 X 39 to the face and survive without armour.

That's 'cause you start out with the double-barrel shotgun which is only good in S2...get a real rifle and you'll tear through them.

Oh, SoC...well, the pistol beats the starting shotgun...what I said above was for S2, not SoC.

Makarov is better for precision shots compared to the shotgun. Use it to blow the heads into blood splatters in SoC. Best thing to do is wipe the little military detachment below the bridge and get their AK-74Us...use them to wipe the military outpost south of the map and get the AK-74s.

Once you change maps, the under-bridge detachment will have the AN-94 Abakans...great guns, TBH.

In the original trilogy, especially when it came to assault rifles, both "teams" of weapons had a good progression ladder, but 5.56 weapons in S2 don't, because there's only three 5.56 rifles in the entire freaking game.
