It loads the parts with the boars, it sometimes loads in the Pseudogiant (not right now), or it gets stuck loading in forever. In the case it loads in and I get into the last bubble, it either crashes or gets stuck loading forever. I don't know what to do, I'm literally stuck, please someone help.

This is so annoying... like, I get that its also my problem because my PC memory is kinda meh and it takes ages to load games (including Stalker, its extremely annoying), but this literally stops me from playing the game. All my issues were solved by clearing space on my SSD and using Steam to move the Game files from my HDD to the SSD and it all worked smooth after doing that

I have a question. When using optics in game. Is it intended that the area your looking though be darker than the surrounding?

It seems like the optics are a waste because you can’t see anything out of them. The crosshairs are faded and weak, and the reflex sights cover up more than they show.

If you haven't tried it yet, try lowering your settings to the lowest they can go then trigger the cutscene. If it doesn't work then I suggest buying another 16gb stick of ram when you're able too. On my end the cutscene seems to hang before sending me through to the next areas

Artifacts sell for a good bit of money and they're light to carry. but they all have effects which you can use if you slot them into artifact containers on your armor but how many slots you have depends on your armor and the armor's own upgrades.

They're things you can equip, they have benefits and downsides. You'll need atleast one anti-rad artifact to equip them as most emit radiation.

it gives a loose idea of what the effects of the artifact is. the effects are listed in tiers of Weak, Medium, Strong and Maximum. and it the text is red it's bad and if green it's good. then the idea is to level out things like for example you'll want to cancel out the radiation you absorb from one artifact with another that has the effect of cleaning your rads.

I found it acceptable on Veteran, since the latest patch. But I also do a lot of loot hauling.
There are a few things to consider - first, it's better to use armor that's appropriate to your progression in the game. If you look up a shash location and get end-game gear early, you'll find that you won't get enough loot to sell to repair it.
Second, prioritise wear and tear resistance upgrades.
Third, consider taking off your armor and weapons when heading into anomalies that you know will hit you, like the thermal ones. It sounds dumb, but it's much cheaper to spam medkits than to repair armor

Buggy. The AI spawning system is also borked at the moment so you'll just have mutants or hostile npcs spawning near you for no reason. Its not unplayable or unbeatable but you'll rarely have to reload a save assuming something softlocks you

Anomaly atleast plays like stalker but its better to just play IWP with Call of the Zone. Its more vanilla. with better gameplay akin to tarkov without completely changing mechanics. But gamma? Its far from the stalker experience and doesnt really play at all like stalker, its why people keep coming here expecting a tarkov like game, but stalker has never been tarkov

Not every bug will be solved in a way that fixes your quest line immediately.

Everyone who mods knows to try that, because some fixes aren’t retroactive.

I think it was just the initial loading on launch, game seems to run fine once its done with that..solid five minutes to compile shaders though, usually take me about a minute, a little less

dude this is stalker-general not stalker-not-gonna-listen-to-advice. Reload an older save before the mission to see if it's borked, replay the mission up to that point. Try changing graphics settings, just do some general troubleshooting. If you figure something out share if with the community

I noticed that NPCs who look at the PDA (If you look through the scope) You can see that they have the Archive and Statistics tabs.
Indeed, why don't we have this? In the original stalker, there was information in the pda about monsters, anomalies and player statistics. And in Stalker 2, the only statistics are your deaths... Why would you take away such a good idea? It would be cool to buy or find information about anomalies and mutants (and there are several different types of them). And what's wrong with statistics?
