yeah its kinda trash imo, only good for pitch black areas. go fight against any enemies with dim lighting and the headlamp effectively blinds you due to the contrast, but turn it off and you can at least make out the outlines of enemies instead of just their muzzleflash. Though veteran mixed with hud off (I hate the combat indicaters they feel stupid) makes it a fun challenge

Some 4x Nvidia cards are having issues while 3x performance is good. Try making sure drivers are up to date for your gfx card and ensure there is ample room on your M2 for page file. I wish you luck brother. First patch should be coming any day now. Also while not ideal lowering resolution may halp. If you can try 1080p and see if that boosts performance

There is no freeplay after you beat the game. Once you go underground to start the end sequence it removes all ur side quests and its the point of no return. It does bring you to main menu but continue just brings you back to the start of the ending cutscene

The alleged Russian disinformation campaign has been reported by British media outlets The Independent and 404 Media. A video featuring the logo of Wired is being circulated via Telegram and sent directly to journalists through email. However, it appears the video was not actually created by the American tech magazine.

The video, bearing a fake watermark, falsely claims that the developers of Stalker 2 have included a hidden program in the game. This program is allegedly designed to help the Ukrainian government locate citizens who are suitable for military service. Supposedly, the developers are assisting the government in exchange for funding for their game.

In reality, there is no evidence to support these claims. The apparent forgery of the video's authorship also does little to enhance its credibility.

The video is suspected to originate from the same network that targeted 404 Media a few months ago, using similar methods to spread false claims.

The biggest problem with stalker 2 is the engine change, which resulted in a "dead zone".
In stalker 2 the zone was alive WITHOUT the player. The zone moved the stalkers and the mutants around the map and "played itself".
I bet, in stalker 2 its centered around the player. Everything is "frozen" in the zone when the player is not around. Its just an illusion, that is live, its only some things that spawns around u when u came close, but its more like a frozen picture while u not there. UE is bad for open world games, i already learnt that with Ark survival...
The look is nice, the atmosphere is there, combat is fine, its just... lost the touch of the living zone, where i felt that iam just a loner in a huge zone that exists without me. IN S2 the zone exists only AROUND me. At least, i feel that..

I am not sure where you're taking your info from. But, technicaly speaking, "End of the week" is still "DURING the week". So even if it comes out on Sunday they are well in their timeframe. This, however, does not excuse the lack of communication and lack of reaction to game braking issues.
