The problem is that the new age of gamers expect 100% polished games despite the fact that not one single game is 100% polished on release, especially large scale open world ones. They want an easy ride and hands to be held & everything to be on the easier side.

It's all quite comical given that in the modern day instant patches and fixes are downloaded and implemented in minutes. You can tell somebody's age group and/or experience in gaming by their reception of new titles

if i recall as of rn the most modern russian helmet cannot sustain a direct shot from 5.56 its more or less for shrapnel not really for bullets unlike uh, american helmet, which ive shot and they definitely protect against certain rifle calibers, given that you dont die from brain hemorrages

Just what Daggerfall and Morrowind alone did for the franchise has carried the entire series afterwards, and every game after Morrowind has been worse for Bethesda, Morrowind was peak Bethesda, it wasn’t just peak Bethesda it was peak gaming, peak writing, peak world building and peak fantasy.

I only get hit once here by accident but the trick is to shoot it with buckshot when it's charging you and then quickly sprint past it, it'll make it miss and go back to circling you.
Then you shoot it when it charges you and repeat.

Firstly AI is very tempermental to get right and working with proper animations, a lot of the time when the AI doesn't want to work properly you get a T pose, im surprised they have finetuned the AI enough to the point even when it does break(which has only happen 3 times for me at the very start of the game) they don't T pose...

secondly, you have to take into account that 70-90% of the developers at GSC though they do have a background in IT in some form they had no Prier knowledge of game design let alone working with an engine, a lot of the developers at GSC had to retrain themselves from their past jobs and that would of been quite stressful to go through with the pandemic then Puten starting his BS in ukraine, Much like building a house/City you can't learn to code let alone code a game in a day, Nor be good at it, Those things takes years with countless trial and errors, but they left us waiting for 5-6ish years after announcing the development of the game, so they wanted to give the players their fans and the fans of the Now CEO's brother who designed the first stalker something to play instead of letting them all down

Its these things that a lot of people who complain about the game fail to understand or just don't care about, and it leads to poor judgement towards a Really good product Considering the Design of the older games to now, If you put them side by side this game is 10 times Above the originals in a lot of aspects

I dropped it at the door of the arena guy. Talked to him, walked out of the room, quest state updated, opened the safe with my stuff. Then I picked up the dropped arena items, walked into the safe room again, dropped them on the floor, opened safe again and then finally took the stuff and put it in the safe. I think A life works only to an extent, i think its heavily dumbed down at this very moment simply because of the spawn ranges, I suspect A lifes issues have to do with UE5s lag when it comes to npcs as ive noticed, it was turned down pre launch probably to make the game actually playable
