Hey folks! I recently got my PC about 2 weeks ago and my screen flickers black like for a millisecond once a day. It hasn't caused any issues aside from that, but it's just annoying. Is there anyway to fix this and is this of any concern? Could it also be possible that my pc is just too much for my monitor. I have a pretty basic HP monitor, while my pc has a GeForce 4090 graphics card, 64 GB of Ram, 8 TB of Storage, an Asus Motherboard, using 1000 W of power and an Intel Core i9-14900K CPU. Also it's worth mentioning my older PC only used 460 W. I'd appreciate help, thank you!

I mean your monitor might not be able to handle the refresh rate
What display port is it running?
I’m sorry but where may I be able to check that
Take a picture of the back of your pc
Alright will do, I’ll be back home soon so I’ll send it once I get back home!
Here’s a pic of the back!
you have your monitor plugged into your motherboard
take a picture of the whole back please
Here’s other pictures I was able to take, pc is kind of in a tight area next to my printer so these are probably the best pics I can take for rn
and you only have one monitor?
Yes
what cable is this going to on the left?
That’s my portable hard drive
I’ll check if my drivers are up to date, but it happens no matter what I’m doing. But it usually happens when I either click on an application or like press full screen on a video. It doesn’t happen all the time, like once a day
try a different DP cable. thats what fixed mine
