#Turned on MG-1 Ultimate and suddenly the RBG factory reset to rainbow/ FULL BRIGHTNESS

There's nothing there, just one article on how to turn the RGB on, which leads to links for the manufactrer stuff you need to download
I'm just going to try redownloading AURA through that FAQ though. but i dont think this will fix it*
EDIT: tried redownloading the application and got Armoury Crate.
Nothing changes. Still annoyingly BRIGHT Rainbow RGB effect
Turn on/off RBG button does not work on the MG-1 does not work.
I'll just call support later, unfortunately I dont have time right now, this is super annoying.
EDIT 2: I just fiddled around with the remote controller that was given as a secondary option, plugged in battery tried switching modes... but the remote didnt work
checked the asus aura application again and tried with the on screen option and it finally started changing again
i honestly have no idea what i did.
but thank god its fixed.
I heard something awhile back about spamming a certain button on your remote. maybe you found it. glad you got it working
its spamming the lower brightness button as it reboots..had that issue mysself
theres the answer you needed. keep that one in mind
Ayo, so it's been a couple of days.
So oddly enough, each time i turn on the computer. It literally changes to a random rgb effect
But once i type in my windows user and get into the actual home page, it typically reverts back to the RBG i set
BUT today, it's been acting funky on startup, and doing different effects other than the rainbow...
SO, my guess is that the rgb wires might've gone loose potentially and it would be helpful if someone can show me where the wires for these lights would be located at.
(not a pro desktop builder by any means, so i wouldnt know where to look)
the functionality of the entire desktop is completely fine.
but the rgb just keeps changing up on me and isn't going to the set design i chose
any pointers to where I should be staring at inside the desktop itself for potential loose wiring would be very helpful
wtf... okay im just CONFUSED. i just tapped the RC/MB button of the remote controller
and it TOTALLY reverted back to my rgb choice
im just confused as to why this is a constant and lingering problem...
