Update: probably didn't cause the original jam, but because of another demo that used F12 for an important game function I had my steam screenshot bound to F9 which appears to now be the quick-load (there isn't really a clue that a load has occurred).
Just in case you aren't aware, F5/F9 (sometimes F6, but I think it's going out of fashion) are common shortcuts for quick save/load, so you should avoid using that for Steam screenshots. On the other hand, any game released on Steam should definitely avoid using F12 for anything.

I think the prioritization of trains is ok. I have not had an issue with that yet. Sometimes they 'Jump' stations, but, it is a DEMO, not a full release. I expect some problems, and am happy knowing the team Flazm will work hard for the release.
Empty trains should wait for full trains. Less valuable trains should wait for more valuable trains. At stations trains waiting for full load or full empty should not block other trains going into or passing through.
