#PvP Star Glitch Preventing Blitz & Tournament Access

Hello Art of War 3 Support Team,

I’m writing to report a serious issue I’m currently experiencing with my account, and it’s really affecting my gameplay.

Previously, my PvP and Tournament stars were both at 93. However, I’ve just noticed that 5 stars have been removed from my PvP without any explanation. Because of this sudden change, I can no longer access Blitz or Tournament modes.

This is extremely frustrating for me because:

  • I was not trying to rank up at the moment.
  • I still have ongoing contracts to complete before the current event ends.
  • The only way for me to finish those remaining contracts is by playing Blitz and Skirmish (even without winning).

Now, due to this issue, I’m completely blocked from progressing, and it feels very unfair since I didn’t do anything that should cause a deduction in my stars.

This situation is making the game uncomfortable for me, especially during an active event where timing is important. I’ve put in effort to reach my current progress, and losing access like this due to a possible glitch is really disappointing.

Please look into this issue as soon as possible and restore my PvP stars or fix whatever is causing this restriction so I can continue playing normally and complete my contracts.

I would appreciate a quick resolution.

That's true but I always try maxing my units before Rank up.

Due to rush all my units and buildings are maxed Rank 8 , only land units are max Rank 9. So I will I cope if I tried Rank up to 11 without spending a lot of money and I only had 1 upgrade shop

No no not that, look at pvp stars and fights only, ignore all others

It says 93 stars 15/17 before

In the new one, 88 stars 15/17

So there is a drop of stars here without a single fight

I checked before while playing arena, the stars didn't count to pvp

because if you do the same math I did and add 5 stars you get 510

I believe there is still a misunderstanding about the issue I reported.

I had already balanced my PvP stars to match my Tournament stars because I was restricted from playing Blitz at the start of this event. However, now the system is asking me to gain another 5 PvP stars without reducing my overall stars (510).

If 5 stars were removed from my PvP, then my total stars should also decrease to 505, not remain at 510. Right now, the values are inconsistent, which is why I believe this is a game error.

Please review the two screenshots I attached they clearly show the mismatch. This issue is preventing me from progressing normally.

Also, I prefer to control my rank progression, but the current system is forcing me to rank up quickly without giving me enough resources (like credits or research unlocks) to keep up.

Kindly recheck this and help resolve it. Thank you.
