When you click on the !, it opens the info screen and you cannot get out of it anymore. If you buy one and it hits a BB, you see this screen (so BB in grey) and you cannot click on buy again.

Yeah the bones show up on client and cause freezing and on mobile the final spot is displaying nothing when there is balloon busters.

Freezes up both the web and desktop app. It correctly shows as 0/20 purchased in the store but when I click on the i for information it shows 20/30 and doesn't even show the potential rewards.

LOL You can buy stuff from it? This is what mine always looks like. NADA. AND on top of that, it just freezes the entire app, so I have to open task manager and force close the game.... 🫤

even without the mythic scrolls it's still better than regular mythic box and I doubt they will give me the mythic scrolls I don't get considering they still owe me like 1000 rubies from a previous bug but if there is only 2 hours left and they still haven't fixed it I will have to just dumb all my rubies on it I don't really need mythic scrolls anyway (except warlock that works) and it's technically 50% off and has necromancers which I like

Here are the errors when accessing the store and when clicking on the i for the Black Friday box (minus the first 2 regarding GC warning and memory leak - those 2 repeat constantly throughout the app and reflect other issues)

Basically if you get mythic scrolls in the 4th slot and they're not Warlock you get nothing for it.

Same, I am getting both the gold colored background Balloon Busters and the gray background Balloon Busters. The gold ones count, but the gray ones don't count and freeze it and I have to reload. I get ATLEAST 1 or 2 gray Balloon Busters every time going through the chests which take the Rubies but don't get scrolls. I am only buying for the Necro scrolls but losing Rubies without getting any Legendary scrolls PLUS have to close/reopen every time is a pain.

I'm pretty sure the greyed out balloon busters appear when you're supposed to be getting 7x mythic scrolls (which only shows on mobile).

Horrible selection as well. Box for me switched back to bonex and had to shut down. Just adding this to the list.

I've also noticed that when the reward window bugs out and locks the screen, it doesn't give you the scrolls in the window. I blew 27 rubies on three of those boxes, and I got none of the legendary/mythic scrolls that appeared in the window, because it locked up three times.

Thank you for the reports. This bug was terrible and at the worst time possible. We're fixing it and we'll extend this box's duration so you can purchase it. After we've fixed it, we'll help anyone who's purchased it. Please, be patient while we fix all these!

"Worst possible time"--yeah, but this isn't the first time some new thing has taken effect during a "vacation" time so no one is around to fix it. If no one can act on bug reports during holidays, maybe things that coincide with them should launch a little early.

I still get this when I look at the contents of the box, and have to close SR to exit that screen. I do not know if things went wrong because we still do not know what the box was supposed to contain :p

What I mean is due to lack of reply people opened several boxes not knowing that the Black Friday box would be given an extended time. Meaning for each full box people opened they missed out on 21 mythical scrolls. Your “compensation” is a mere 20 rubies. So no I opened 30 broken boxes and experienced all the issues.

Personally I made out like a bandit with Necro scrolls, so I am not too worried about compensation.

We're looking into ways of giving everyone the missing scrolls or a similar compensation. Might take us a couple days though.

I went through a lot of rubies, but don't know what I was missing, only that it kept freezing and would get to a point where I was asked to pay with bones. The 4th window for the mythic scrolls often had no image in it too.

@stiff crypt I am still at 3 buster scrolls, when I got the gray buster screen, see above. So I still haven't been awarded those scrolls.

so apparently every time it awarded you BB scrolls and the icon was grey, it was supposed to be random non warlock mythic scrolls.
