Having the same issues here on mobile. Loading constantly stuck at 40%. Already tried troubleshooting the issue but still not working.

When I have this issue I switch to mobile data, the game loads and I go back to wifi. EDIT: I was replying to TitanRacer.

I've checked with the team and the issue seems to be that you are trying to load Captain mode/WebGL version which is only supported on Desktop. The mobile version (non-Captain account) should be loading by default. So, if it's not loading properly it might be because of forcing Desktop Mode on settings/browser.
