#not getting any rubbies afther a dungeon/pvp battle [resolved]

dungeon loyalty still works fine but i dont get any rubbies when i collect it i will include a picture for before and afther in a bit

I just paid attention on both my main (CirdantheGrey) and alt (CirdantheAlt), and the rubies from the dungeon briefly increased my total, then it immediately reverted to the pre-battle total.

It seems to have worked on my captain side, but It did not work for my Alt account. I am not sure if this is true for all captains, I just know that it collected.

You can see in the screenshot that the number is still the same before and after.
