Several refreshes and nothing has changed. Viewer side is stuck with a spy quest line and captain has phantom. Is this intended or bugged?

I have multiple Spys, I don't mind alternating Phantom/Spy, but people that want a new Phantom unit are getting multiple Spy quests in a row, & are discouraged by this. Fine for the hardcore players, but understandably not good for casual.

You get 10 quest lines 5 spy 5 phantom randomly just set it up so it's 5 phantom first THEN 5 spy or let people choose the order

ive gone through 3 lines of the quest lines now [on my viewer and Captain accounts, every refresh has been phantom, feels rather shitty when some people get all phantoms.
Surely its time to remove the spys? I was excited for pvp to get this new unit in the quest line to level it, and Ive had NONE in my questlines since duels was on. and ive been doing clash ALL day

My captain spy quests have been place place place until the last step needing 3 wins so at least they’re taking it easy on me for the unwanted ones.

We were promised phantom with CLASH, so it should 100% have been phantoms for the first few cycles, some people can only stream a few hours too

I've gone thru 5 questlines now...only 1 of them w phantom scrolls. That coupled w the fact that there's no chest that has guaranteed phantom scrolls makes for a disappointing unit rollout

after 11,5 hrs of streaming, and i think 7 questline resets i FINALLY got phantom.

I got spies four or five times in a row before finally getting a phantom questline, which I couldn't finish anymore ... to call that experience frustrating is an understatement
