Spend almost 300 keys on the normal sylvan chests (for 10 key, not the 100 key chests without skins) - didn't get a single skin yet.... compared with how frequently they dropped before, I wonder if the skins are even in as supposed?!

I got 3 of the 4 skins, even though opening the chests did show all 4. When I should have gotten the blob skin they gave me the saint skin, which I had unlocked previously.

We decreased drop rates for skins to continue to be able to create new skins and put them into grindable chests now and into the future. In the past we could theoretically make as many skins as we wanted but they have production costs and our budgets of yesteryears is not our budget of today. The Silvan skin line was originally created to be a Versus skin line but served well in Dungeons when VS went on hiatus. We’ll try to keep adjusting drop rates to find the best possible values to be fair and fit current realities, but we’ll need a couple days to see how this new values perform (feel free to let us know what you think though). In any case, at least in the near future, we won’t be going back to the previous drop rates. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but hope this change turns out to be minor and better for the well-being of the game.

That's fair - we could have given a heads up in patch notes and in the chest text itself. If we adjust in the future, we'll make sure to get that in patch notes!

not a fan of the new drop rates. I have dropped over 1000 keys trying to get the final sylvan skin and had not really bought blob chests at all because of expectations set with previous rates. honestly if the skins are this rare I am not sure it is worth buying that chest for me and I might just give up and switch to getting blob chests to level up that unit.

I got all of them when Dungeons came out, spent maybe 500-700 keys to get them all. Having said that, I had all the ones that were obtainable previously.

ANother 500 keys spent today. That means since the Sylvan chest reached the point of just 1 skin left (the spy), I have dropped 1500+ keys without getting it.

Fair drop rates typically dont make people wonder if the skins are even in the chests to beguin with nor do they normally require hours and hours and even days of flat gameolay and when i say days im referrinf to 24 hours
putting it from our perspective almost no one feels this is fair
People can buy a set of 1250 keys for $50 and spend 1500+ keys and still come up with nothing to show in other words the skins are being valued at over $50 a skin from a statistical and purely analytical perspective
That being said imagine grinding those keys time is money and days wasted sends a very strong discouragement

after 470 keys spent today I finally got my sylvan spy. Overall it took just under 2000 keys to get that one skin and probably around 2500 total to get the 4 sylvan skins that I didn't already have at the start of the event.

The dupe system is still in place for almost all chest that have a chance at skins.

Even if its legendary skins dupes in guaranteed and non guaranteed chests are the worst idea in my opinion. I spent 400 bones on guaranteed legendary skin chests and got 2 skins why just why this is wrong its is not ok i didnt even have a 3rd of the available options why did i get 2 dupes why are there dupes at all. Didnt buy a single bone chast after i was so over it.
As somone whos bought keys to get chests and bones as well in the past i will no longer spend my money ever again on keys or bones. Why you ask? Ypu boke the chests 1 too many times and allow dupes.
I've even stopped playing for moat of holoween and have lost interest in biying player skins and am even considering not getting the event pass for next event.
The candy corn chests are a lie as well.
