[NOTED] Stuck on event campaign

Hi! I cannot activate any battles in the Dark Heart Campaign Event. This started last night and I have been unable to start any battles or get back to the main campaign. I am a new stream captain so full disclosure, I don't know what I don't know.

I've followed all the steps on the Help/FAQ page and filed a ticket but thought it might be easier to ask for solutions here.

Try to close the game, uninstal it and reinstall it from the hub

I’ve done all of that and this is still what my I’m seeing and I can’t start a battle

No I'm still stuck, I can't navigated back to the main campaign and when I try to start a battle the start battle button appears to activate but nothing happens. I cleared by cache and unistalled the desktop app again.

I can particapate in other stream raiders battles as a viewer without issue.

can you check the cache memory issued by SR? you might be running out of memory(system interrupt message in taskmanager? ) i had that. rebooting pc fixed it

No that didn’t work. I installed the app update yesterday and it still shows the same map with the same 2 battles available and I couldn’t start either battle. Hopefully when this event is over I can access the main campaign. It’s such a bummer my community was enjoying the game.
