[NOTED] Drops Issue

I am watching Immerbock for the drops and playing and yet it is giving me Nitro drops and has not even shown me the drops for SR at all.

I am also watching Immerbock and the progress is going slow. I have been watching since 12pm EST roughly and the % should be much further along. I have refreshed, x-out, switch the streamers that have the drops enabled and sometimes when switching, the progression increases a little. Regardless, I should be much further along.

I'm not 100% on this, but I believe twitch only let's you progress one drops at a time (maybe per organization) so if you're in one channel with Nitro drops and one with Raiders drops, you might only progress towards one. The easiest thing to do is go to a stream that is in Raiders doing drops and then refresh and don't load another stream afterwards. Or if you do, just make sure to refresh the Raiders stream so drops tracking kicks back in. Unfortunately, this is on the twitch side, we don't control the tracking of drops, just the awarding!

I did have both a Nitro and SR streamer up -- one for each category and the progress was slowly moving for both. I did drop/close out the window tab for the Nitro streamer to see if this was the issue, that we can only focus on one streamer at a time even though they are two different games and the progress % is still moving slow, despite me watching for well over 2 hours. I gave up in frustration and completely shut down anything from SR and Twitch because nothing was budging.

That is correct twitch only lets you progress one drop at a time sometimes having two channels with diff drops up can make the drops kinda bug out (completely a twitch bug).

Best thing you can do is close everything down for a few (10-15 mins maybe less) to let twitch "refresh" then pull up the stream you wanna get twitch drops on and if you wanna fully confirm if the drops is moving I recommend looking at your twitch drop progress on the mobile app because the mobile app show you the time that left to complete the drop (sadly the pc doesn't show this)

I did not get a chance to get back on for the Earthly Mage and Lilly Archer skins even though I was watching those specific streamer that day for like 4 hours. 😦

Same thing is happening again to me today. I have been watching MyklMantis for about 4 hours now and the Drop progress is only at 51% when the first one should be complete. I just submitted a ticket to Twitch about this. Not sure if there is something going on in the background with the connection of the Drops, Twitch and Chrome?

Yesterday was supposed to be All Captains for the drops for the last two skins. It did not come up on any Captain I checked. And I then spent basically all day on TheCanpk and it never was offered/available. I tried searching through my inventory/drops and it wasn't there either, unlike the first two days.
