the 3 and 3S are identical in performance and come with the same controllers but the 3S uses inferior lenses (same as Quest 2) and has lower resolution than Quest 3, but it's still higher than Quest 2

pico 4 i think is not available here in the US so its not really an option unless you live outside US but i think theyre fairly the same. pico 4 has slightly better resolution but caps at 90hz vs quest 3 can go up to 120hz
