Was looking for an upload with HQ audio, there wasn't one, so here yall go

‼️‼️‼️‼️
LITERALLY A BANGER
damn this reminds me of some older ps2 racing games music
Well guess what
T-square inspired a lot of street fighter music
And gran turismo
and like specifically wave race for the n64
You know what this reminds me of
YOOOOO
BLUUUUU
BLUIIUUUU
SACRE BLEUUUUU
ONGOD
I dont know whats happening but im here for it

VROOM VROOOOM
VROOOOOOOMMMMM
TRUTH TRUTH TRUTH
BLUE BLUE BLUE
I need food
YOU NEED BLUE
BLUE FOOD
BLUUUUU
BLUE CORVETTE
Ok I'm going to eat
I figured a lot of companies do something like that but they’d probably be making more money if they made most of the more expensive but iconic cases a bit cheaper
hot take, this song mid ash
I don't think many people ever thought it was actually a good song lol
What you know about rolling down in the deep when your brain goes numb you can call that mental freeze

What size and use case
I was thinking like 64 should be good enough
I'm biased and buy samsung USB drives
Instead of buying packs of crappy USB drives
dude I had 2 samsung drives
both crapped on me
I still have my ghetto Chinese flash drive tho
But y'know 256GB drives are sad to lose
Old people things
64GB is good for me to store all my Ventoy files to boot whatever I want
what about this
looks fine
If that's your use case then you should make sure it's at least USB 3.0 or better
Those cheap sandisk drives are hit or miss. They work until they don't.
yolo
Yippee
one last question pls 😄
which one do you think is better? (I dont care about rgb)
K12
No contest.
Compare barely a fan to a Noctua/Nidec clone, the answer is as clear as day lol
So I have three fans in the front blowing air in, and two at the top blowing air out... Should I put one fan to the back as well or am I good
With good fans you shouldn't need to
I was going to order K12 and replace the ones I have but I dont want to make it louder by adding one in the back, idk
What fans are in there rn
I'm quite a fan of the K12
Might be a bit louder but you also don't need to run K12's nearly as strong
K12's are pretty quiet
(boo the joke not the fan)
Hah
One too many blades huh
so do you think if I add one in the back, it can help decreate the temperature to the point where all my fans dont need to run as fast and therefore be quieter?
I'll give you a blade
Probably? It's not essential if the case has a good layout
4 is fine for a standard layout
3 front 1 rear
?
I Wrote an essay and it got auto deleted saying "watch your language"
I was saying that I have three fans in front and three at the top and that
these two tops at the top are connected to a grid that cools down I suppose a liquid that cools down cpu
is fine
You had the S word in there
is fine
Here's the text back, sanitized:
it has three front and two up, but the ones at the upper side are cooling 'stuff' "grid" that is connected to this water "pipe" that cools CPU I suppose
stuff
No the one that starts with sh
is fine
That I replaced with stuff
oh okay, I didnt even realize I wrote that s word 😄
Hey don't worry mate we're all from the same roots.
Convicted felons sent to live in colonies and those running from persecution.
Say Cairns
Wdym? You are American, Rommy
Did you lose your way
Why have you forsaken your American to be Aussie
The flag wasn't blue enough
Meh. 4060 is generally just bad. Loses to the 3060 in some games at 1080p.
Not bad. About as much as it would cost to build but you do get some pretty low end parts.
Ah
Little scary to hear, never built before! I have a lot of thefts in my area so its a lot easier for me to get it all in one rather than ordering 8-9 times (could possibly get some same time)
I like having the option to send it to a local ups store as well since newegg doesn't do usps usually
If thru Amazon, there are lockers you can get your items from
Or just stores that have Amazon hubs
Or you could find a personal individual to build it
UPS you only need an account and you can tell them to hold any package at a branch
Too expensive tbh
Depends on who
Easier to just do it himself tbh
That’s true
If you're spooked by building I'm guessing you won't be doing any major upgrades so it should be fine as is
^
I havent opened my current prebuilt since the day i bought it
You have options regardless
🤣
What is it?
Ship to your house and risk it, ship to local PO, ship to lockers/hubs, or buy prebuolt
Hmmm let me pull it up one moment
2 GHz Intel Core i7-8700 Six-Core
16GB DDR4 | 256GB M.2 SSD + 1TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8GB GDDR5)
SuperMulti DVD Drive
USB Type-A & Type-C | HDMI | DisplayPort
Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) | Bluetooth 4.1
AlienFX Lighting
Windows 10 Home (64-Bit)
Ive had it probably 6 years now
Hard drive definitely went bad
Good ideas on the shipping hubs though hadnt thought of that
I-
I’m sorry
That’d be something I’d like to tinker with
Would that be able to render any 3d models? @jolly inlet
Its not that bad 😭
Don't. Proprietary parts so you'd need to replace most of the pc except the memory, ssd, cpu, and gpu.
Ah that’s true
It's got a 1070 so if you're referring to blender rendering etc then yes but it'll be slow by modern standards
Yeah its pretty aged
you could probably scam some sap out of a decent price for it
I wouldn't call it scamming but the alienware name does carry weight for the uninformed
Yeah
Indeed
Its what popped up back in 2018 for top 10 pc, shrug
I know better now though
(Honestly surprised it lasted me 6 years)
That's all that matters now
Live and learn
So if I see any Dell purchases from you ever in this server.... I'll be sending a drone strike to your house
Even if it's a Dell 3080?

GPUs are an exception I suppose
Those are actually fire, the good kind
I got an idea of exactly what i want just building it is the hardest part
Or rather going around to different sites for the best deals
Doing the research on each part making sure im getting something of quality
What about it is confusing except the price?
Refurbished parts are your friend
I wanted to go to microcenter but its no where close to me
A 500W none PSU
As long as it's from a reputable seller.
Best buy isnt great
If you live in the US, Mercari might be another place to look
It’s not good
But it’s a place
eBay too
Indeed i do
Ebay might be good
I had all the parts i wanted on newegg but they were a bit high
It would probably be more practical to do a little bit of all sites ig
FB marketplace
PCPartPicker
Will do a good job for new
God I hate best buy
?
You don't want 12 month subscription purchase for tech support with your best buy build????
They put "none" probably because it's an unknown brand
I9 has a big power demand huh
I've seen a 13900K suck over 350W at stock settings
That's Intel's spec that every motherboard chooses to ignore
Amazing
Yeah they're paying the price for that one now too
Who could have foreseen that shoving 300A into a CPU would be a bad thing?
micro center $399 bundle with 12900k
its really good when you find a deal, which does happen just not as often as ebay
plus the ui is simple
Or this, which beats it in most games for $20 less https://www.microcenter.com/product/5006647/amd-ryzen-7-7700x,-msi-b650-p-pro-wifi,-gskill-flare-x5-series-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle
true
i am an avid micro center enjoyer
one near me has half sales tax
Yeah i seen a video on it
600 dollar pc ran fortnite 230 fps max settings
Actually insane
Clearance marked down***
this is the most op bundle for micro center
Not bad for mid-low end gaming
its op
Eh, A770 games like a 3060 ti so it's not that fantastic, but good
its only a $499.99 bundle
cpu mobo ram and gpu for $499.99
Yeah but it's DDR4 that you can get for $30 and kills the performance of the CPU
true on that part, but for $499.99 you cannot build a better bundle than this
me neither but cmon $499.99 for a cpu gpu mobo and ram
in this price point, most people are talking about a 12100
and a 6600
https://www.microcenter.com/product/5006636/amd-ryzen-7-5800x3d,-asus-tuf-gaming-b550-plus-wifi-ii-ddr4,-gskill-ripjaws-v-16gb-ddr4-3200-kit,-computer-build-bundle
Plus
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/D9ytt6/asrock-radeon-rx-6600-8-gb-challenger-d-video-card-rx6600-cld-8g
is better
You can get a 12600KF + B760M PG Sonic + 32GB 6000 DDR5 for $385
Spend your money elsewhere on the GPU
Just not Arc
If you want Z790, then Z790 D AC
$176
The 6600 may not have as much raw power as the A770 but it does fully support all games and programs with much fewer bugs
Plus the 5800X3D beats the 12600K even when it's not gimped by DDR4
I’ve been selling on it for like 4 years now
It sucks
Is 5700X3D on par
Cuz $120 less and you get that
It's equal to the 12600K at least
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
$364
5700X3D + board + WAM
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, Radeon RX 6600
Tack on a 6650 for $220 and that's pretty sweet
Oh yea
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, Radeon RX 6650 XT
Better $500 spent over the Microcenter bundle
Opt for a B450 boardge if you wanna save more money
B450 with flashback. Actually any board you get should have flashback since that's the newest CPU on platform
Actually, no some cheapo decent b550 too
It looks pretty and is simple
i get my cheap logitech crayons from there
So you could buy like an MSI B450 Vdh pro max for $75-$80
ok but thats worse
its last gen hardware
5800x3d is worse
with 12th gen you can at least upgrade to 14th gen
after the 5800x3d, you have nothing left
but
LGA1700 is just as much a "dead socket" as AM4
plus pcie 5
14th gen isn't much better
Nobody playing video games will ever benefit from 5 let alone GEN 4 unless you're saturating the slot somehow
pcie gen 5 is also useless
and ddr5 if planned
at least it will be for a long time
With the DDR4 motherboard you're losing a LOT of performance that basically negates any upgrade tho
i mean one can go from that 12600k to a 14700k
Yeah and that 14700K would perform like a 13400
Newer doesn't always mean better.
14th gen is a refresh
plus on some chips, 14th and 13th are identical in price
It's not better than 13th gen
14th gen and 13th gen is pretty much identical
And besides, since you will be on ddr4 right now
Why do you think that? Because 14th gen is literally a RIP on 13th gen, a refresh, not even worth buying over 13th gen
Unless you get some sick deal on 14th gen
Upgrading to ddr5 and 14th gen would mean you have to buy a cpu, ram and board
And even then, why on earth pair that with DDR4
then ignore the dd5
Maybe on non-K SKU okay
ddr4 3600 doesn't even match ddr5 6000
Reminds me of someone
thats dumb
because that's what you're implying
Ideally, you'd go AM5 if you ACTUALLY care about upgradability and "future proofing"
i just saying that if later down the line you wanted to upgrade
a 12600k to a 14600k is an option
plus nobody is gonna buy a 14900k with that system
that's why you go am5
no one is making a $500 bundle for am5 like that
But then you're better off buying a DDR5 board now for that 12600K.
because you know, lga 1700 is a dead socket
there's below $500 bundles from microcenter
board, cpu, ram
it costs more than the bundle
wait my bad
Point is that if you intend on suggesting DDR4, then do it for non-K SKU or for 5th gen ryzen for new builds
'stand corrected
its a caca deal
you can get this
and then pair a 7600
for the price of that 5800x3d bundle
you could get a 12700k bundle though
5700X3D as well is a better pairing
but I don't deny that a 12600k combo for $249 is decent
$153 + $75 b450 board + $50 DDR4 kit.....
just don't say it like it's the best thing there is
☠️☠️☠️☠️
yeah true, i didnt read the fine print earlier
7500f barely exists
aliexpress
Then you're suggesting we put this on an AM5 platform? With DDR5?
Because you're still on DDR4
not everyone wants or has the time to wait weeks for shipping
ali does 1 week shipping
With the microcenter bundles
especially from china to usa
Don't say 7500F is better if you're out here suggesting worse options 😭
Really? Free shipping options are always just so slow
all i saying is that micro center bundles yeah they are ddr4 but they are priced pretty low
it says 1 week
for free
5700X3D + B450/B550 + DDR4 can land you in the same pricing area and will be better bang for buck
That's usually not the case but ok
i speak on US
Estimates from ali aren't accurate
i dont speak on other countries
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
this is almost $300
Did you even try 😭
yes
i put lowest prices on each item
https://www.microcenter.com/product/5006636/amd-ryzen-7-5800x3d,-asus-tuf-gaming-b550-plus-wifi-ii-ddr4,-gskill-ripjaws-v-16gb-ddr4-3200-kit,-computer-build-bundle but this is the closest thing
its a matter of these 2 i think
i was saying earlier that for $250, i dont think anyone can do better
also being honest
i was also not talking used
personally i'd say 7800x3d
☠️
Then you finally just got the point we made
then
cause some cheap 6400mhz cl32 ram paired with a asrock b650
with a 7500f
is an amazing rig
i'd probably just get 6000 at most
He didn't get our point nvm
there's basically no benefit beyond 6000 for am5
how
Also, just stability sake
i was told by someone
that 6400 works on ryzen pretty well
that's not really true
just make sure your on newest bios
it can be stable if you're lucky
thats what i was told
and in some regions 6400mhz cl32 is cheaper than 6000mhz cl30
if not, 6400 can be unstable
so basically 6000mhz is max
yes
you start to have to pray with silicon lottery after 6000
it also might not crash
but you get degraded performance
modern platforms be like that
🙂
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus ATX Mid Tower
Lmk ig anyone finds any deals on this stuff
I’ll be using a modified HAF 912 plus case
They can only guarantee it takes one week to get from China to the US, but it still has to clear customs and get passed to USPS after that
As long as your not doing sus things on that website it should be fast
How often have you dealt with customs because they're only fast when they want to be
I worked at the post office, I've seen packages show up in our system a full month before customs released it
I hate customs. I ordered a Battle Angel sculpture from Prime1. ~$1300+shipping got me to ~$1700. Gets to the states then sits for a month. Then i get an email from customs that i need to pay ~$400 more for import duties before they’ll release it to be shipped the rest of the way.
chargeback time lmao
@azure pond how’s a 2080ti blower for $200 sound
They’re an idiot
So I’m gonna try to scam down to 100
They’re selling fake designer stuff so I feel 0 regrets
I think the 2TB S60 Blade is the better deal at $89
https://www.newegg.com/xpg-2tb-gammix-s60-blade/p/N82E16820246090
that's one of the best deals on an ssd since the tiktok shop days
I wish I got more than one tiktok ssd back then
2TB for $40 was practically stealing
I even saw 12700K(f) for... maybe $150ish. Rommy, I'm still happy w/ this 12400. Plus, we know my gpu would handle 90% of streaming "load" if I bothered to.
@azure pond I've seen tests with that b650-p. It's nothing like the m-A
Wait I'm thinking of the wrong one
This one
Really cut down, throttles like prime b650
Avoid avoid avoid
Yeah idk why there's two diff b650-p's from msi
Yeah it's really bad
Yes it did
All gigabyte b650's less ds3h also avoid
The one's we usually suggest though are fine
A620i ax, a620i lightning wifi, b650m hdv m.2
B650m-a wifi
I was shown the prime's rev 2 being fixed but no, not true
Prime is still garbage
Currently unsure about a620m tuf
If I get any info will post
This is also strange as I've seen a couple of them like the pg lightning be ok
So some may have had parts swaps
Yes, it's the garbagee version of their HDV board
@azure pond
Nice
Trying to see if they’re alive first
They are a scammer
Lost my microphone during my move (most likely broke), found this microphone which suits my situation pretty well, but would you guys recommend it? https://a.co/d/3Yfjkb3
AM8 is a XLR dynamic microphone with XLR and USB connector. The XLR mic, as well as dynamic USB mic, pulls dual duty for both play and work. The studio recording microphone comes with controllable RGB, tap-to-mute, mic gain knob, headphones jack and monitoring volume control. You can start using ...
Idk about that one specifically bit I've heard fifine makes good budget mics
for sure, this one is actually really good! am8 and pd200x are the best budget mics
also k669d is the best one for the lowest price
T669
t669 is much more sensitive and picks up a lot more noise, I also can never seem to find it being sold anywhere
Did you know adjusting gain and sensitivity can solve this issue?
idk, look at some sound tests and see what you like
I have the T669.
generally it's easier to make dynamic mics sound like what people like
USB microphones for music recording offer plug-and-play ease of use. Connect your audio microphone for recording to your computer and get great sound quality right away. The cardioid condenser microphone provides clear sound to elevate your recordings, vocals and music singing to fuller heights. ...
🙂
oo, tusen takk (thank you very much) :)
i wonder, I could never find it, but now it's the first result?
I hope it isn’t sarcasm lol
actually not
it's been like that for ages
Whenever I search for T669, it's like in the first 3
I always searched it up but no results
I would get this but i just don’t have enough space, or a good spot i can set up my microphone, so id just rather have something small that i can set in front of me
Is this a good pre-built price? Friend is looking at it.
Not really
@plain sphinx do you need another for them
If you got one, he would appreciate it
@plain sphinx I have a few options, I can send em in dms.
Thanks, I appreciate it
I’m curious as to how nasty it is inside, lol
Nononono. I have TOO many projects and crap i need to scrap/sell/trash/etc. 😂
Gimme all your pc scrap and trash
Well, i have a deepcool ak400 that i had uninstalled and sat facing up and something fell and hit just right to put a small dent where the heat pipe passes thru the cold plate.
Got a bunch of fans I swapped out too. MSI rgb stock case fans.
Otherwise, i never said all my projects were pc related. Lol
Sure! DM me an address and pay for shipping, it’s all yours!
where i?
Most realistic 2021 1060 price
W fan deal
just got 3 orders of it 😎

thoughts on this monitor and the price?
Cheap curved monitors with low brightness should be avoided
It's much better to get something flat with an IPS panel. They have far better color and response times.
The only real redeeming quality of a VA panel (which most curved monitors use) is the contrast ratio, which you can't enjoy with a low brightness like 250 nits.
Ty
There's also this, flat VA which is odd. I know koorui has a good IPS panel but i dunno about VA

@cinder kiln https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m60336031939?sv=0
Gtx 1070+i5-9500
Guy said he’d sell it for maybe $140 for just the pc
Selling my gaming pc! Don’t really have the time to use it since I will be busy with school in the coming months! Comes with a keyboard, monitor, mouse, gaming mat, and headphones! Runs games like LoL, Dead by Daylight, and Call of Duty smoothly. This PC does NOT have built in WiFi but it will come with a little adapter that can connect to any i...
Worth?
Good price
He changed his mind, now wants $250 for it
@azure pond tower looks amazing but I doubt it's gonna perform as good as PA or PS standard
though I like how it's 154mm tall and has enough clearance for the ram w/o moving the fan
Slick design w one cable for fans? neat

Does this use proprietary parts?
I'm guessing yes just based on it being HP
But I'll double check
Yes it does

This ain’t too bad
96% rated seller is barely above the minimum standard for ebay
The fact they don't show the actual PC in the pics and the accessories are clearly used in that bag don't bode well
That’s true
Browsing Amazon and found that. Was that mouse a good deal? I can't tell anymore
I believe the g305 lightspeed was 35 last I checked
So if the 15 more is worth it then sure
i prefer g305
cuz the ability to swap batts is a godsend
plus the efficiency
WAIT nvm
omg that's cool, it also has AA batt
plus hotswap switches
my new dream mouse
i currently rock g305 rn tho, so im chillin
but cool for longterm
Since you mention it, that gets my upvote
the one thing that dies in a mouse the most
Indefinite long term as you can maintain it
is usually the switches
Only concern would be the sensor over time
1K sensors are fine but 8K is starting to take form for ridiculous accuracy
for me it's perfectly fine
i still run 125hz intentionally on my g305
despite it having 1k
cuz roblox hates anything more than 125
it somehow causes the game to have bad input lag for when i use the camera
also wireless mouse advice
get one of those aa batteries that have a usb port, or aaa with an adapter
ones you can recharge, lithium ion
and then you get a mouse that lasts maybe half a year or more before you need to charge the batt again
Try and use 1K otherwise
125hz polling is horrible for accuracy lmao
I've used 8K in that game and been fine tho so idk
But yeah razer's new 8k sensor is almost perfectly accurate
I'm still cringe avout wireless mouse lol
Charging is a pain but that's really it these days
wireless mice these days have latency barely higher than wired
They're comparable otherwise
that's why i get ones with aa batt slot
*lower
its weird you have to everyhting and keep everything in mind lol
This was confirmed years ago
Dongles are the only thing I'm mindful of
As long as the dongle is in line of sight
It's fine
If someone says "I need it in the back of my pc" then well good luck
2.4ghz dies with a metal box in front
omg my headset have low charge . oh my mouse have low battery let hme charge it to play
oh my earbuds low on charge let me charge it before i go ... wireless literally sux lol
Yeah ok I can agree if it's all wireless lol
But mouse alone or mouse and keeb is ok
but just wireless mouse is perfectly fine
And keeb I'd really only do wired personally
especially ones where you basically have to charge only every half a year
i using G435 for gaming so it's wireless as well
But mouse you can feel the difference in wireless
The cord drag is def there
Esp on glass skates
You especially feel the cord on glass
i want to order g435 as well but im not sure about wireless
On the other hand, you set up a mouse with a bungee well, wired, can get terribly light
Advice if you like logi
Get the charging mouse mat
Run the mouse wireless perpetually
Razer used to have one like this called the hyperflux
Never run out of battery cos it was using the pad for power
So you got the best of both, logi still uses the tech
A superlight with the wireless tech would be ultimate logi imo
But some hate the weight of the mouse so
Ymmv
been using logitech for long but their switches are trash now
Mmm, I think the new gen they fixed that
I know what you mean
They're a lot crisper now
Do I simp logi? No. Ghub sucks. Prices are generally yuck
new omron swithces double clicking after like 1.5 years or maybe 2 years in good case
Yes
Build up in the switches
This is why that asus one in tech deals is good cos you can service the switches and clean them
My hyperflux suffered the same fate. I should honestly fix it as that was an amazing daily mouse
Cost me a fortune too
Still got it packed away
I replaced my main switch with side button switch for now
it works but feels little different lol
gotta get new mouse but still couldn't decide
looking for something wired and durable
What was it called
Reddragon m602a
Apparently really good if you find it cheap
DA essential is good
I think pulsefire haste iirc
You can also just buy a wireless mouse with a usb port and plug it in you know
everyone suggests g305 and I would love it since they fits my hand perfectly but wireless pushing me away lol
razer cobra sounds alright

good or bad
cheapest modular 750w psu is $80 excluding tax
on pcpp
so i got slightly more than 25% off
Nice
Good idea
I bought the Asus 3
Impact 3 wireless i mean. smaller than i remember the G305 being
i almost got that one
i love my g502 tho
but its starting to mess up on the wireless part and sometimes it kinda skips around
Uh oh
Somehow I haven't touched a g502 yet. I want to sometime but maybe when I actually get a job
Sitrep, I don't like this thing
rip
G502 is pretty heavy tho but I guess you already know that haha
I liked my G502. I hated the switches
Double-clicking only six months into owning it
Apparently the G Pro doesn't have this issue but a mouse with more features that can arguably be their flagship gaming mouse has double-clicking issues 💀
Yeah their switches sux
My g703 switches and scroll wheel both crapped out after about 2 years
I have yet to fix the scroll wheel, but I did replace the switches
I own two G502 mice, one for my desktop and one for my laptop, and never had an issue with the switches. It it only the newest G502s that have that issue?
Opposite from what I know
Lol my gpro wireless switches are starting to crap out, too damn delayed between when I click and shoot
Ez fix tho. Hot swap switches exist for the gpro mice
It was the G502 Hero for me. I’ve owned only Asus and Razer since then because they don't have that issue
I’ve also had other mice with either double-clicking issues or clicks not responding prior to my G502 Hero
All of my Razer mice died within a month of the warranty expiring due to one of the mouse buttons failing and no longer working, so I stopped buying Razer. My Razer headset died about a month after the warranty expired also.
Skill issue
I don't like their headsets though
Their mice are the only good items imo
Me with my cynosia working flawlessly after 3 years
I don’t think I’ve met someone who can say the same
How hard are you handling your equipment?!
My Logitech mice are still standing 3 years later
Not hard at all. My G502 has had daily use since I bought it in 2018 and no issues. Its just the Razer mice both died about 13 months after I bought them witht he exact same issue.
That's impressive for Logitech since they have known switch reliability issues
The G502 I use with my laptop is newer, but no issues.
My first G502 started double clicking after less than a year. I fixed it myself once, the second time I got it replaced under warranty.
Granted I was playing the hell out of an MMO at the time so my left click was heavily abused
Here is the BB purchase info for my first G502 that I've been using daily. I use to play multiplayer games online with friend almost every day until about a year ago.
dude that's rough
I used a Logitech G5 for years and decided to try a Razer mouse. I had two of the Razer mice of different models die before getting the G502.
my razer deathadder lasted something like 5 years till I replaced it, the leftclick was a little mushy but not double clicking yet. Bigger reason for replacing it was I wanted something lighter
I got a Glorious D2 Pro as a gift and tried it. It feels too light to me. Maybe because I'm use to the heavy G502. lol
I'm sure there are many people who are more than willing to take that off your hands lol
I'm the lunatic that uses all of the weights on the G502
remember when the trend was to get the heaviest mouse?
I haven't been in the mouse game that long. I do remember innovative new ways to keep your mouse ball from clogging, though.
what's that put you at? like 140g? I can't even imagine lol
twice the weight of my Viper then I think
The aforementioned trackball mice gave me a bad habit of lifting the mouse even though I have insane dpi now
So a heavier mouse helps discourage that habit
I see
I always have my dpi at 400 or so, because of that I usually have to lift my mouse
I keep it around 1200-2500 depending on what I'm doing, and 600 is on my precision button
My $10 pack of thermalright tl-s12 arrived today
Don't really have a use for them lol
I was thinking I'd replace my front case fans but I think they're actually pretty quiet compared to my CPU cooler fan.
Sell em right back
Or just keep them around as spares
If you aren't hurting for cash, its just $10
Not like it's a pack of ultra expensive Corsair RGB fans
https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m55374382595?sv=0
wouldn’t this just replace the PSU?
V and insert key have tape on them
Check the pictures for info on the inside on the pc
Mouse and keyboard lights up and works perfectly
Little problem with the audio Jack
no lights the power cord is not included because it burnt out mainly used for low powered games
Needs a replacement for the power cord it burnt out
Uh... Yeah that whole PSU needs to be replaced, assuming it didn't kill anything else when it melted down.
It also doesn't say what the CPU is but it's an A320 board so I'd guess low end second gen Ryzen at best
I might get a G502 X Plus just because they've finally switched to optical switches
I offered him $50 for it.
It sounds pretty hollow, small warning before buying the X
I think honestly Razer did a better job developing an ergo/work mouse
I loved my G502 Hero until it started double-clicking. I think I'll take the risk tbh
Alrighty then
Oh btw keychron has a cheaper work mouse with good specs called the m6
Just an FYI. It's ergo but moreso
Idc much about Keychron mice tbh
so 7900gre was like 4070super right ?
Mhm
They trade blows, gre OCs better and has 4gb extra vram
4070 super I think lower power draw and obviously nvidia features
I'd 100% take the gre at 500-530 over 4070 super at $570-590
Any day of the week
Only issue I can see with the GRE is how in the middle it is
Give the memory +2000 and max the power limit and it's basically a 7900 XT
Like I never even heard of it till March and it was just there. middle of circulation. I can see how they dropped it to counter the 4070 super but ya it's practically just a limited 7900xt but also an upgraded 7800xt
heck if they called in the 7850xt & sold it during black friday I would of bought it
It's been a long time since you could overclock any GPU to get +10% fps, I'd say it just makes things more interesting
It was launched long before then, intended for the Asia market (hence Golden Rabbit Edition) and they just didn't change the name for the global launch in response to the Super 40s.
Makes sense
Aliexpress of course didn't have anything 👎
It was pretty hard to get anyone to export it yeah
Oh another thing you can do is flash the Sapphire Nitro+ VBIOS so it has the max power limits
Oh wow
Honestly i'm not surprised on what you can do with a nitro model card
if it started holding storage, wouldn't be surprised
Well there is the Pulse 7600 XT that has the M.2 slot
would 7950x3d at $499 be a deal
ive personally never seen it that low
7600 is at $188 usd https://www.amazon.com/AMD-7600-12-Thread-Unlocked-Processor/dp/B0BMQJWBDM?ref_=ast_sto_dp
personally i think thats good but i dont follow cpu prices
That's the lowest it's ever been at least. The number of people that should buy it is still very small.
Previous low was $550
It's also a gamble stability wise
So not worth it for gaming anyway
It's basically a niche cpu
Reserved for people who actually uses the cores
It's gotten better for gaming at least. It's only a few % behind the 7800X3D typically, but that'll be because of the occasional stuttering which personally annoys the hell out of me
it was 450$ at antonline
No workload is off limits with the AMD Ryzen 7000 series and 3D V-Cache technology. AMD is the only processor manufacturer that has committed to years of future support for the new Socket AM5 platform, so you will be able to upgrade to processors with new technologies we haven’t even announced yet.
Hey yall, im getting into school and I want a nice laptop in the range of $400-500 dollars, I looked at a few and was wondering if any of yall knew what was good for a laptop in this range… thanks!
This is what I looked at and thought it look fine… but I got no clue 🗿
Yeah this would work
O:
I see a lot of students with Lenovo laptops and they seem to be happy
Noooo
are you gaming at all?
No
ok
I have a hp and it has like a i3 in it I think and it makes me sad 😂😂😂
I mean HP is okay. Just reinstall Windows immediately after getting it (also of course installing drivers)
the pavilion aeros are actually pretty decently regarded
my first laptop was an hp probook 15 with an i3-4030u
Did u like it?
it was a hannukah gift at 8yo and all i wanted was to play minecraft, so yeah
it still works lmao
not well but it runs
yeah i3, i5, i7 has existed for almost 15 years now
the number at the start (4 for 4030u) is the generation
My first HP laptop had an Athlon A8 (forgot the exact CPU) and it ran a 5200rpm hard drive because SSDs weren't a thing in budget laptops yet. 4GB of DDR3. A complete mess. Stupid heavy. Loud cooling. Couldn't even run Minecraft Bedrock when it released at the time
Oh
one more thing, is it ok to get refurb laptops?
Cuz ik that’s a Nono in building a pc
O7
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1772712-REG/lenovo_82xf0065us_16_ideapad_slim_5i.html been using this one and I'm happy with it . Bought it for 400$ but it's 460$ now
I’ll go ahead and order this one
Thank yall for the help!
They priced during Covid.
This guy is like 2 years old or something
100%
Snagged me a Lil deal with some gift cards from doing my samsung trainings at work 😏
Thought you were talking about the 24" samsung monitor right above lol
Remember to strip the metadata from your links when you can Bacca. There's often trackers and stuff in there.
@cinder kiln @azure pond does $200+$50 shipping fee sound solid for that build though? Person is willing to drop it
$250 shipped for the PC on Mercari you linked above?
I'd say that would be worth it but why does it say the listing is from 2022
I'd want the usual proof they have it. Have them write your user name on a piece of paper and send a picture of that next to the PC or something like that.
It was listed during the pandemic.
I’ll try to get proof before I do anything.
Is a PC with i9 7980xe, 128GB RAM, 2080ti, for 500 a good deal as of now?
I found on facebook marketplace
128GB of ram????
yes
I’d say so
@azure pond for a second opinion
Earlier someone said a PC with ryzen 9 5900x, 32 gb ram, and 3060 ti for 550 was a good deal
I think this should be an even better deal although the parts are a few years older
we need another opinion though
just hand me over the 2080ti and I’ll give you some Nashville hot chicken tendies in return

I swear it’s a fair trade
I know all the things about contupers
That's a good deal
Cpu is obviously not marketed towards gamers, if you're gaming I would resell the cpu, mobo and ram
And grab a 7600, b650 (pro rs or eagle ax) and 32-64gb 6000c30 (64gb only if you have workstation tasks)
@warm axle
I don't plan to use it for gaming
as a workstation
The cpu goes for $200
What type of work?
I already have 2 other gaming PCs
Also I remember you now with the 3700x and 5900x builds
rendering computer code, maybe machine learning?
editing
I figured that's what the 7980xe is good for
18 cores
Should be fine as is then. Worst case scenario you just resell the cpu later down the line instead of sooner
I'd 100% grab it if it's working though. Unparalleled value
I bought the 3700x build for 300 but I broke the motherboard by accident
That's unfortunate
it really sucked because the board was 180+ new, I found the exact one on ebay for 90 and bought it
People like you find these golden builds for great value, and I’m over here with a single pc shop in my area and the most advanced part on fb being a 5700xt
I didn't buy the 5900x and 3060ti build, I wish I did though
could have resold it if I didn't use it sicne it was only 550
where are you approx?
North PA
Bout 1 1/2 hours from there
I see
Biggest city close to me is Scranton or maybe state College
Tell them I say hi
I see so many dudes attempt to sell a 9900k for 300 lol
@azure pond
I mean it is better for gaming than the 7980xe but 300 nah
noooooooooo
someone offered him more
Yeah nah
7600 is $190 and slaps the 9900k around lol
someone offered him more nooooooooooooooooo
Someone offered him 650
I don't feel like paying more than that
I was hopeful because I messaged him not long after he just listed it or changed the price from 2000 to 650. He marked it as pending then someone just offerd him 650 after I told him to get ready and bring it over to me
dang it, wish I saw the ad and messaged him earlier in the day
Well at least I'll just save the 500 for possible better deals when the new stuff comes out
You got anything up for grabs you’re trying to get rid of?
?
by that
Also I got the computer they decided to sell to me
500 for 2080ti 7980xe and 128GB RAM
It was used. They were going to sell to someone else but decided to sell to be last minute
Does Samsung make any good monitors?
Found a listing for a used monitor and I’m gonna check the model and see if it’s any good
its either broken or a scam
12400F at 109$
