They're good bundles but the memory they bundle doesn't always work out of the box at EXPO speeds, so people think it's defective and review poorly when they really just need to increas VDD from 1.35 to 1.37 and it works

That was an early issue with certain G.skill kits (which they bundled) and it's mostly resolved by now with bios updates improving memory compatibility

The MSI Pro X670-P WiFi is normally $190-$200 new. That's been the price since last summer. So the $140 price is just the normal MSI refurb price. Newegg and Amazon have had them around that price before. The B650 version can be found for as little as $85-$90 factory refurbished by MSI if oyu don't need the extra X670 features. The MSI refurbs usually have a 90 day or 180 day warranty. Its probably worth it to pay $50-$60 more to get the full 3 or 5 year warranty. Also, there are a lot of people complaining about the wifi and bluetooth on the board along with soem otherquality control issues.

I don't trust refurbs with such a short warranty.

To be clear: 99% of people don't need those extra X670 features. It's mostly additional PCIe lanes and USB ports.

So unless you're using a secondary GPU to do your 16K stream encoding or using multiple GPUs for AI work, you probably don't need to pay extra.

Honestly more companies should adopt 12VO because it's so much more efficient for the power supply to only convert to 12V DC and the motherboard handles all the other voltages where it's needed. Dell's power supplies can be 80+ platinum rated if they had them officially tested.
