I just haven't spent a possible $2k since I first built my pc, which included an i7 intel cpu and 1080 gpu (ah, the good ole' days).

My first PC was a Windows 98 with a solid 300MHz processor, single core ofc, and 64MB of RAM.

It ran Starcraft good enough on my CRT so I was happy.

With option A, did you pick the SAPPHIRE GPU for a reason or was it just one that you saw that wou would recommend? I ask because I orignially had the "XFX SPEEDSTER MERC310 Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB" in my cart. Its clock/ boost speeds are better and TDP is about 40 Watts less. The length of the card is bigger and only has one HDMI port, but thats not an issue.

Since you can get a great IPS monitor for just $30 more it's an easy recommendation to just get the G27Q

I have both the monitors I mentioned. Both are wonderful. G27Q is 145hz and the HP is 165hz. The only issue I've had between both of them is that after a year my HP will randomly do a self pixel test every once in a while (3 times in the last 3ish months), but that could be due to my system. I may need to nuke my windows.

That's it. I'm sick of all this "Masterwork Bastard Sword" bs that's going on in the d20 system right now. Katanas deserve much better than that. Much, much better than that.
I should know what I'm talking about. I myself commissioned a genuine katana in Japan for 2,400,000 Yen (that's about $20,000) and have been practicing with it for almost 2 years now. I can even cut slabs of solid steel with my katana.
Japanese smiths spend years working on a single katana and fold it up to a million times to produce the finest blades known to mankind.
Katanas are thrice as sharp as European swords and thrice as hard for that matter too. Anything a longsword can cut through, a katana can cut through better. I'm pretty sure a katana could easily bisect a knight wearing full plate with a simple vertical slash.
Ever wonder why medieval Europe never bothered conquering Japan? That's right, they were too scared to fight the disciplined Samurai and their katanas of destruction. Even in World War II, American soldiers targeted the men with the katanas first because their killing power was feared and respected.
So what am I saying? Katanas are simply the best sword that the world has ever seen, and thus, require better stats in the d20 system. Here is the stat block I propose for Katanas:
(One-Handed Exotic Weapon) 1d12 Damage 19-20 x4 Crit +2 to hit and damage Counts as Masterwork
(Two-Handed Exotic Weapon) 2d10 Damage 17-20 x4 Crit +5 to hit and damage Counts as Masterwork
Now that seems a lot more representative of the cutting power of Katanas in real life, don't you think?

With ti being 75Hz, its probably not worth trying to overclock it if you need something with a faster refresh rate. If you want a faster refresh rate monitor, you are probably better off paying $20-$30 more for a 1080p 144Hz monitor. Pixio has a 165 Hz 1080p monitor that's regularly $99.00-$109.99 on Amazon and have great reviews considerign the price.

There is still the issue in WIndows with some graphics drivers where having monitors of two very different refresh rates causes some issues with things such as adaptive sync and games. I see it mentioned more with AMD GPUs lately. So having a 75Hz secondary monitor can be an issue.
