I tried to deny the return. eBay sided with him and the buyer wrapped the card in wet paper towels before stuffing the card in an unpadded envelope and shipping it back to me.

eBay said they would do nothing for be even though the buyer intentionally damaged the card.

Jawa support was also great. USPS lost my insured package and they paid me when the shipping insurance started playing games so I didn't have to wait 6 months for USPS to declare the package lost.
