It's actually the OVA series called "Tenchi Muyo: Ryo-Ohki. " Where the strongest fictional character exists. He's literally beyond omnipotent according to the three women who represent the writers, and they're the omnipotent beings. Because the law of comedy. The series is not supposed to make any sense and that's because science. It's like if you were to mix Gundam, Dragon Ball Super, Trigun, and Inuyasha into one series.
