And reinstall windows with the wizard.
Though I will warn you this will give you unactivated Windows.
There's a way to transfer licenses, but I'm not sure how.

Problems Regarding ffmpeg
While opening whatsapp web, the ffmpeg.dll was missing, so I downloaded ffmpeg.dll from a site called dll files or something and put it in the application folder. Then it showed a different error. So installed the microsoft store version of whatsapp web instead which works. Now I usually edit mp3 tags quite a lot (by going into file properties). I suddenly wasn't able to edit any tags. I also tried online tag editors and some from microsoft store, they didn't work. I noticed I was able to edit tags of mp3 that existed before this problem, but not newly downloaded ones. Unblocking the file in properties doesn't work either. Then I tried to import the files in Audacity (audio editing software) and again it was a problem with ffmpeg. So I finally installed ffmpeg following a tutorial from youtube. But the problem won't go. I also updated windows (I usually keep updates paused) thinking it would install missing files, didn't work.What do I do now?

Besides ubm being biased garbage, your processor is actually a zen 1 processor and not officially supported. Only zen+ and higher. You can upgrade but you won't get windows updates.

I'd personally say they're more common, they just aren't able to spread nearly as fast or as far. Chances are your computer has had multiple viruses attack it every year, sometimes successfully

Most common symptom is your browser slowing down tbh. Regularly clearing your browser cache solves that.
You've also got antivirus logs, if you have an adblocker it'll block hundreds a day easily with a few hours of browsing and that's totally silent with almost no logs.
That type of virus just sits in your browser cache and isn't allowed access to anything except the browser, thanks to modern security settings.

There's several checks it does. It runs SFC (System File Checker) to make sure no critical executables are damaged, then it runs DISM (Deployment Image Service Management) repairs for the rest of the system components. Then it runs SFC again.
Once it's done just reboot and see if anything changed

There was a bug where the File Explorer would use more RAM than it needed for some reason so you may be having that issue also
There should be a fix for it soon
