Well, I am a Linux user. Unless the Linux bootloader itself is corrupt, most issues can be fixed simply by going into the GRUB configuration file, fixing what needs to be fixed, updating GRUB, and rebooting

This had nothing to do with the bootloader

General fix for random windows problems

From an admin command prompt or powershell, run:

sfc /scannow

If that doesn't work, try:

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then, try running sfc again.
Repeat as necessary

Hey, so recently for the past two weeks I think, my pc has randomly gone into sleep mode and won't wake up, I say randomly because it does it while I'm using clicking and doing things.

#

The only way to start using it again is by turning it off by the case as nothing I do seems to wake it up

#

I've ran whocrashed but whocrashed doesn't render it as a crash or bsod because its not crashing rather its just sleeping.

#

If anyone can help me with this or let me know what I should do to diagnose the problem that would be great.

Don't bother, windows will automatically sort out pretty much all the drivers automatically

The only ones it won't take care of will probably be for the GPU, but those are easy to set up after cloning

Can you get windows if so run this set of commands General fix for random windows problems

From an admin command prompt or powershell, run:

sfc /scannow

If that doesn't work, try:

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then, try running sfc again.
Repeat as necessary

Badly, was getting this message with the recovery not working, then i macrium reflected my drive to my sata, fresh installed, then today the same message after a restart, I'm assuming it was my ram oc related but idk as i had used tm5 extreme anta twice and occt no errors, currently running xmp and user media creation tool to do a reinstall but keep my files install

As long as it has a GPU that supports directx 12 and a fairly modern CPU it'll work.
Minimum GPU is a 900 series nvidia, RX 500 series AMD, or an iGPU or APU on a supported processor.
Minimum processor is 8000 series intel (iirc) or 2000 series ryzen.

Probably could do it, but you would need to do some finicky stuff. If you're use arch though you should be experienced enough to pull it off

Going 1 by 1 TBH is the best way on Windows.

The Windows Driver Manager sucks at finding fully up-to-date drivers.

Mostly. Things like graphics drivers need to be done manually or you get some basic driver with godawful performance.

sometimes I manually update drivers, but when winupdate works I just do that and then check for a new version as it's often the most reliable thing for fringe drivers

What exactly is giving you a virus warning? Lots of youtube videos have scam/bad links. If it's your antivirus popping up and telling you that, stay away. If it's the browser, probably avoid it still but not likely any real damage.

No but if you're concerned you can clean your browser cache, that wipes out the most common stuff
ctrl+F5 in a browser page

Just let it work. If it still isn't restarting after about an hour, shut it off and when you boot it back up it'll either try again or you can run system restore to revert the update yourself.

You need to login to your router, what router brand do you have?

For most people it's 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 to login to your router
