“Cheap” for sub $50 your best bet is p5e3 deluxe or similar, there’s 2 rabbit holes for 775, ddr3 or ddr2

ddr3 p5e3 deluxe is relatively the easiest to get and around $50 price point on average and with mods is a pretty decent board

rampage/Maximus formula for ddr2 are basically best option as well, keep in mind P5E and P5E deluxe are all the same exact boards and can be crossflashed to rampage formula bios easily

Asus are the easiest to use, but if you want something a bit harder gigabyte p45 boards are also good just kinda annoying to use sometimes

Using the GPUz test and using small offsets I found which is for core voltage and used offset

2nd voltage seems to be for soc so I dropped it's max and left offset the same
