No, the front panel connectors, a bunch of thin cables running to the top/front of ur case

Make sure they're connected on jfp1 connector (unless your mb has a different name for it but I guess not...)

This is kinda dumb, but did you double check that the wall outlet is working?

Can use a phone charger to double check that it has power

you can stick a fork in the outlet and if it pops then you know it was receiving power (dont)

Troubleshooting considers everything even down to a stupid level.

Could be as simple as it being a switched outlet and the guy turned the switch off. I definitely did that when my office was flipped around.

Typically when you suggest advanced troubleshooting advice you should follow it up with an educational resource that shows you’ve done your research on it and can recommend it.

Especially when you follow up your advice with “it isn’t safe”
