I had a similar issue with the fans on my 3090 AIO. I had to flip them but they were routed under a sleeve along the tube towards the block. I had to cut the zip ties.

Before I flipped, the connectors were tucked between each fan, but now they don't want to go in there in a way that looks even remotely as good.

I can't seem to grasp this.. how do I mount it in there with the fans on the front of the rad? There is only one set of screw holes on the fans.. the only thing I can think is using the screws through the case, but then that means I have to balance all the fans in there then put the rad in and somehow manage the fans cables..

Yep that's exactly what you have to do. The good news is once you have one screw tightened it'll hold itself in place.

The AIO should have come with some slightly longer screws in a bag, unless they have the nice ones
