first tip when buying a mobo. Make sure it has bios flashback on it that only requires power and a USB with the bios

its usually a little more expensive but it can save you big time if something funky happens with your bios

Dont need all the case fans, I'd drop the single P12 purchase and get only the five pack. Typically maxing the fans just causing airflow issues. Also not a huge point in worrying about case fans when CPU/GPU fan will still be louder. I'd also buy the P12 off US Amazon as one can typically get for ~$43 CAD and sometimes skip out on taxes rather then $55 - $60 CAD and guaranteed taxes.

PSUs: Bring it forward if it isnt bad quality or low wattage.
Coolers: Bring it forward if it has bracket support, lots of ones can get new brackets for new sockets like 1700.
Cases: Mostly worrying about Mobo size, a bit about cooler or GPU size.
Storage: U2 and IDE drives are like the only thing that can have compatibility issues with buying modern consumer mobos, neither of which are used much by consumers in the past 5 years.
