Hello, I am having problems with my computer. I tried upgrading my CPU from an i5 10400 to an i5 11400f. I switched to the i5 11400f, but the computer didn't turn on. Then, I switched back to the i5 10400 because I thought that i needed to update my bios and the computer turned on (fans turned on, LED lights turned on). The computer turned on but it didn't post. The cylinder on my case was no longer blinking. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Try hibernate instead of sleep. Curious if it still doesn't turn on like from sleep. If you use ssd, sleep isn't recommended anyways. Power out when using pc might lose file(s) & full boot is quick enough

If you mean the stock fan, then you can use it for light tasks but not anything more intense like gaming. It'll overheat and throttle very quickly. You'll want a good air cooler like the fuma 2 or a 240mm liquid cooler minimum.

mobo beefy enough for the 5900x

and a better cooler

might wanna check what power supply it is, you'll be adding about 150W of cpu power draw during an all core load

and the ketchup and mustard cables don't look terribly inspiring

You should never remove your RAM when your computer is still running for multiple reasons

One big problem is there is a chance the electricity running through the RAM while it is turned on can arc and destroy other components

Recently i swapped my MOBO Ram and cpu.
cpu from 5800x to 5950x
Ram from 32gb to 128gb
and mobo from asus tuf x570 to a Asrock x570 taichi
i am using the same GPU 3070Ti and PSU 850w from corsair

Now when i open This one game my GPU usage goes to 100% and temps of 90c 2 minutes into the game the pc restarts... The game is Ark:se

I just ran the Heaven Benchmark on ultra settings and it only used 40% of the gpu and ran smoothly for about 10 minutes, temps of 50c.

Could it be a corrupted Game file?

Ark is very famously unoptimized so it's not too surprising, but maybe it could be worth looking into repasting the GPU

Heaven is also very weak nowadays to bench the GPU core

Heaven is useful for vram but you'll want to do superposition if you wanted to stay with unigen, 3dmark time spy otherwise
