Just wondering if msi’s build quality has gotten better on their laptops? I’ve owned 2 and they got pretty bad pretty fast, finish wore off super fast.

My parents were willing to go 2k if the laptop was extremely good for its price but for 1.3k they’ll be happy as well

If you're using the built in display a high refresh 1080p is good still, it's hard to tell a difference at that size

If you plan on using the laptop to power an external monitor then 1440p is good
