It's probs your cooler mount being off, take off your cpu cooler, clean off the thermal paste with 70% + alcohol and paper towels, wait for cpu to dry, put some new paste on the cpu and put the cooler back on, screw it in in a cross pattern so top left then bottom right etc

No its not and I'm not a fan of prebuilts either but I admit that the ABS prebuilts are one of the best since they're built with off shelf parts meaning that no parts in their have proprietary plugs so you can upgrade virtually any part you want later on if you choose to

I've recommended them to a few friends last year and the beginning of this year, I help them upgrade CPUs, RAM, PSU, and GPUs on them and they're not technically inclined at all.
