Make sure all BIOS voltage settings are set to NORMAL or AUTO. Only enable your XMP profile for the purposes of this test.

Ryzen 5 3600 is awful value now, b550 boards are better and cheaper than x570, corsair ram is bad, that gpu is a scalper scamming people(msrp of that card was 200, 1.5 years ago) , nzxt cases are ovens, the power supply is meh and the monitor is fine, what's your budget and region and I'll fix one up for you
