I've been having issues with my gpu drivers, they keep crashing while playing things such as league and I get messages such as "your GPU drivers have been restarted. This may be due to an upgrade or physical removal". Do you think this might be due to old drivers overall? if I update, should it fix the issue?

I seem to have a lot of problems with it today and last night, my screens will ocassionally flicker on and off and then I have to hard restart my PC to get stuff going again
