Good day, I will be having my first build probably next week, my parts(MSI x570 Tomahawk, Gskills 3600CL16, Samsung 970 evo plus, MSI coreliquid, meshify 2) from Newegg are scheduled to be delivered probably by friday, already got my 5950x and 850W G5 with me. The only missing now is a GPU Card(of course), Now my newbie question is, since GPU's are so crazy hard to get, will it be possible to just purchase a 20$-60$ DDR2 or DDR3 gpus temporarily while trying my luck to get a RTX 30's. Will there be a problem or issues installing DDR2/DDR3 PCI express cards to these new boards/cpu? Thanks and appreciate any help. My last build was back in 2009 LOL.
