Well, I just ordered the rest of my parts off Amazon. I added the CPU cooler I've been seeing recommended, decided I didn't want to fuss with swapping it out down the line. Just do it now, won't have to touch it again. List is mostly right, but I backed the Ballistix RAM down to the black non-RGB version. Decided the case and case fans were enough RGB.

I mean literally the steps are

format pendrive to fat 32 in the rightclick>format menu
2)(link to bios file) download and open. drag and drop everything in the folder to the pendrive.
3)restart pc and spam F2
4)(directions to bios flash utility in the board manufacturer bios)
5)select pendrive and the only file it detects in the drive
6)select all positive responses

Revo d.f. 850w is just a better multi-rail CWT unit, I prefer multi-rail over single-rail for better ocp for >750w units

And Revo d.f. is on a great platform, the brand that's on it doesn't matter that much, it's based off CWT GPU, the same platform Corsair RMx is based off of.
