It's about an 8/10, so pretty decent but not the best of the best. I'd say a good balance between price/overall quality.
HDR (High Dynamic Range) makes it so blacks are blacker when they're close to whites. You won't notice it too much in games but if you watch movies it can make it look fantastic. The overall color vibrancy is improved, but this won't matter for editing much.

In coming from a laptop with a MX150, so anything is going to be a massive improvement for me. Is G2A generally a bad place to get keys for windows? If you check reviews on the ebay sellers, you can usually see very quickly who the good ones are. If there's only a couple problems out of hundreds of sales, not a bad seller. Also make sure they have recent sales, to check for hijacked accounts.

You don't really need both sets of pins for the CPU, one 8 pin is fine unless you plan to push over 175 Watts through it
