1440p@165 fps? Uh... Even a RTX 3080 can only do about 130-140 in Fortnite at that resolution unless you drop quality settings to "high" instead of "epic". The 3080 is way out of your budget though.

Well, I can't actually find any good testing on it, Puget Systems (People who give good testing data on workstation machines and various components for various tasks) doesn't do any testing with the ram, and GN (People who review various components and makes good comparisons, mainly in games) doesn't do any memory testing for workstation tasks like VS, Premier, Photoshop, etc, the only thing I could scrape so far is this, which is on Intel and not AMD, and 3200c14 against 4000c14...

In theory, no. In practice... mixing kits of RAM doesn't always work well, even if it's 2 of the exact same kit of ram.
