Nah it's all sealed, as long as you're not trying to bend the tubes too much or put too much strain on the joints it's fine

Ideally though, for a front mount you want the tubes on the bottom. It doesn't make much difference except a couple dB of noise.

That won't be a problem like that. You just might get a little bit more bubbling sounds from the radiator with the tubes on top. Something to be aware of, that's normal.

I'd flip the top fans over though, now that I look at it. Heat rises, it's better to help that along than fight physics, so top exhaust is best.

it seems no matter the graphic fidelity of the game, i drop to ~40fps every 5 seconds or so. Doom Eternal is the only game I maintain a steady FPS, but the fact it runs smooth make me wonder what this issue could be. Would appreciate any trouble shooting tips you guys may have, I cannot have this computer replaced due to stock availability atm.

Games that drop FPS i have tested (i have tested all these games at high and low settings): RDR2, path of exile, genshin impact, diablo 3, world of warcraft, risk of rain 2, Cyberpunk

The board needs a BIOS update to work with that CPU. Only way to do it is like ID-COOLING said, get a 3000 series CPU or return the board and get a B450/B550 that has flashback

Put the thumb drive into the B450, Boot, go to BIOS, Tools tab, BIOS update
