Cable (zip) ties are your friend. Run cables to the nearest open space to run behind the board where they will still reach where they need to go. Tie it all together in the back and you'll find it's not even hard to close any more.

They're only guaranteed to work within the warranty period. Anything after that is basically your own risk. You might be able to get replacement parts if it damaged anything else in the fire though.

Homeowner/Renter insurance covers fires of this type, and most places require you to have that

I can't see any model specific problems with the Aorus M.2 drives, it might be the motherboard isn't configured right. If you have sata drives plugged in too, some of the M.2 slots could get disabled, or they just plain won't work.

I don’t know how I’m gonna access the drive with the 6 month unity project, it’s the drive that had windows installed. I’m not a tech junkie but to my understanding you can’t have windows on 2 separate drives without issues
