So, to get RGB Fusion to detect the Corsair RGB cards you need to download iCUE and enable full software control then close it.

This allows RGB Fusion 2.0 to detect it.

I had a little helper to get me through it.

Also, turns out you don't want the RGB cable plugged in for the AMD Wraith fan. Instead only use the USB cable. The Wraith Prism RGB controls get overridden by the RGB input.
