you could be having an issue with your ram or your graphics card

make sure your ram is slotted correctly and then turn it on again

also make sure your ram is clicked in all all of your power cables are also clicked in

Steve isn't right about everything. Just like his 35 db noise normalized cooler test. It's good for a standardized cooler test, cooler vs cooler, but not really applicable to real world use. Nobody sets their fan speeds to 35 db.
