so you won't be able to fully utilize any SSD that you buy

Hello I'm new here and I'm thinking about building a decent pc for cheap to play rocket league and other games with some friends. The only problems that I have are not knowing what I need and my budget being 100-150$. I would apreciate any help to figure out how to do this effectively. So far from research I've done the cheapest option I've found is buying a Optiplex 7010 W/ Intel i5 3470 & 16GB and getting an RX 560 graphics card.
