Hey fellow builders, I got a question that i cant figure out. Built my sister a computer back in October, ran perfectly fine up until the last month or so. She has been getting BSOD with error code "IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS". It usually happens in the morning when she is using Zoom for teaching, or a couple other websites on google. I have updated all drivers, did all windows updates, uninstalled Zoom and Chrome and reinstalled it (thought Zoom was the issue so havent installed it again), did a fresh install of windows and im still getting the same error code. Can anyone give me any ideas about what it could be? Even computer repair shop guy was stumped after i told him everything i did.

Is it odd for it to rest at mid 70s watching large twitch streams? it typically idles between 30s and 50s, including a few light chrome tasks. Also tested a Netflix show, largest twitch streamer I could find, 3 active YouTube videos, and a few more browsing tabs, spreadsheets. It peaked at 82, rested in 70s. When refreshing streams, temps dropped to 60s. Never used an aio or Ryzen 5000, so is this is normal behavior.
