I am looking for advice on a build (2 actually).

Main usages are gaming at 1440p 144hz, and programming.

I am looking for opinions on the parts used, advice on how to improve, etc..

The main difference between them is 3060 ti vs 3080. Also the 3080 build gets 32gb of ram and a more beefy psu.
The specific 3080 used is mostly a place holder and i will probably buy what is in stock and has a sane price.

Still not sure which build i should go for either so advice on that could be helpful. Even if you have something completely different in mind i would like to hear it.

Newbie here. Building my first. Basic stuff plus PS and Lightroom photography and drone videos in using Adobe Premier. No gaming. Looked at the Epic Builds and found one for $1,100.00. Upgraded the Ram and hard drive (same manufacture) and had to change the video card since the one listed is out of stock. All these components are said to be compatible.
